The $150 million Beach Apartments Broadbeach is being developed by a joint venture between two highly successful South East Queensland property businesses, Anthony Moreton Group and Pryde Group.

The joint venture has completed multiple major property transactions in recent years. Current Gold Coast assets include the recently acquired Marina Quays International Resort, now managed by the world's biggest hotel operator Wyndham Hotel Group and operating as the Ramada Hotel Hope Harbour Gold Coast, and the former Marina Quays Tavern, now leased and operated by Wesfarmers controlled Liquorland and trading as the Hope Island Tavern.

Anthony Moreton Group is a diversified property and finance company established in 2001. Since inception, Anthony Moreton Group has placed more than $2 billion of funding into projects with an end value in excess of $5 billion via either joint venture participation or through innovative funding structures.
